Low cost hotel with efficient staff and delightful views of the lake. Top-class room and reasonably priced, with climate control and soundproof windows. Incredible location, feet from a shopping mall. And just next door to the embankment, other areas, and the town centre. A very nice stay for an overnight business trip...
Unprofessional staff!

Loved the way our double room with great views was arranged. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns were available there. Have stayed here many times and would love to return.

The air conditioning worked effectively.
The noise from the street was disturbing due to single-glazed windows that let in all the sounds.

The spacious room offered a fantastic view over the river, complemented by an excellent breakfast with fine scenery. The staff provided friendly service throughout. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were rubbery, and parking was an extra charge, though reasonable. The hotel had a lovely ambiance but the exterior could use some attention.

The breakfast was very varied and very good. Everything was offered: English, continental, fresh fruit, even different kinds of milk. We could only marvel! The staff is always friendly and discreet.
Maybe there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for the towels.

the outside of the hotel looks kinda dated and there were a few issues with noisy windows at night.
